Your track bar should run parallel to your drag link at that upward angle. The flatter the better but, youāre not going to get it flat/level to the ground.
I went 4.88 with 37s. I was talked down from going with 5.13s because the pinion, I believe, gets pretty small and is weaker. Unless you have beefy built axles, be careful. I also shaved some weight with forged 17ā wheels and C rated tires.
Noticed youāre from the Oceanside area. Iām from Orange County but recently bought a mobile home in Carlsbad and looking for a surf partner if youāre interested. I used to surf a lot when I was young and not injured and my wife encourages me to go surf.

Right now, Iām trying to get back into surfing, I took a 6 year break because a few hockey injuries. Currently keep my boards in the bed, but would like an ARE cap with surf racks. Might wait a bit because I just put on the RockJock Pro 3.5 lift with the Antirock system, some nice forged wheels...

Like @Camaroboi13 said, it looks a bit nicer with matching fenders and roof, unless itās a soft top. I had a CJ7 in the early 80ās, Willys Overland Wagon in the 90ās, ā48 CJ2a, JKR and a JTR all with body matching fenders. I understand why people would like the black fenders and hard top but...
