It was used, only 3k miles, and I'm beginning to wonder if that's the issue. Maybe the previous owner's account is still tied to the vehicle somehow. However, if that's the case that I wouldn't think I would be able to use the service from the Mopar website.
I recently purchased a 2023 Jeep Gladiator and the Jeep will not show up in the Jeep app on my iPhone. I have called SiriusXM 5 times now trying to resolve the issue with the following steps but no luck. Has anyone or @JeepCares had a similar issue and able to resolve?
