Use Carvana to get their trade-in value. Print that out and take to the dealer. See if they will meet Carvana's price. If not sell the car to Carvana. I have used this a couple of times and the dealer used the Carvana price with no hastle.

Has anyone experienced an annoying noise coming from around the hard top at high speeds? I bought my Gladiator new March 2024 and this just started in the last few weeks. Usually starts at 70+ mph and gets worse if it's windy. Which living in Oklahoma is most of the time.
