Yeah, I get it. My first vehicle was a Suzuki Samurai. ABS? No. Traction Control? No. Power Steering? Haha. No. And I'd still love to have that little Samurai back in my garage.
The world moves on, though. You can't stop it.
The only accident that I've ever been in wouldn't have happened if...
Fair enough. "Nobody" is presumptive of me. There is a market.
Most People don't want luxury high-end EVs. I guess Jeep was too far in to change course.
There's no more $7.5k incentive, and the EV market is saturated with premium vehicles.
We want electric Suzuki Samurais, not electric...
As mentioned by a few, if...and I mean if...Stellantis offered what I have now, a Sport S, with a manual and a V8, I would be game. But not for crazy $$$. An $8k, maybe even $10k premium over the V6 Pentastar...sure. A fifty-dang-thousand dollars premium? HARD PASS.
Smaller size and better fuel consumption, but the big sell is it being an inline engine. If we were talking about a turbo V6 then heck no...but a turbo I6? For a midsize truck? Yes, please.
That being said, I have no idea if Stellantis' I6 will actually be a good engine.
I second, third, and fourth the folks who are suggesting the Hurricane I6.
420 hp/469 lbâ‹…ft torque from a peppy turbo in a Gladiator would be game-changing, assuming the engine is reliable. Honestly the 510 hp/521 lbâ‹…ft torque Hurricane I6 High Output would be overkill. I don't need to melt the...
Please let us know if you score a Sport S or Nighthawk in that range. I'm super curious.
Also, not sure if you know but if you go to the Build and Price tool on the Jeep website it will pop up a $1K off promo code. I used it and it really worked. Get an out the door quote, then mention the $1K...
Easy...
2.0 Turbo Four in the Sport, Sport S, and Willys. Drop the price for entry level so more people see a Gladiator as an option.
Hurricane I6 in the Rubicon and Mojave. Premium price for a 420 hp/469 lbâ‹…ft torque Gladiator.
If you want to get crazy, put the 510 hp/521 lbâ‹…ft torque...
The online calculators don't know where your fender is. They only know the dimensions of your existing tires and offset vs. your new tires and new offset.
In your screenshot the calculator says you'll be 2.57 inches further out. To know how much poke you'll have relative to your fenders, hold a...
It was never really a question for me. Black spokes with a polished/chrome lip and white lettering on the tires is just the quintessential 4WD style in my opinion. I get the murdered out all black look but it's just not my jam.
Fast Wheels FC04V 18x11 -20 offset

I've got a '24 Sport S.
I specifically was waiting for the '24s because I decided a while ago that I'll never own a vehicle without Automatic Emergency Braking or Adaptive Cruise Control again, which was a really hard thing to find in combination with a manual transmission and a truck bed...
Holy crap! Yes, I dropped a fry there a few weeks ago. Went back to get it when I got home AND IT WAS GONE.
I'm glad you posted this. I thought I was losing my marbles.
So the question is: where did it go? Seems like it's known that there is some gap/spacetime singularity down there. Where...
I mean, not for the price the aftermarket custom company wants. If 6x6 was a $2k factory option I would have considered it.
Also not a fan of the matte black murdered out look, but that's just me.
