  1. Death Wobble at 14k miles

Nothing was jumping out at me after looking at it again so I took the truck into a mechanic I trust and had him evaluate it. He felt movement from the track bar and suggested replacing this, all the tie rods, and the lateral link bushings. Is it possible to have these damaged so early?? He did...
  2. Death Wobble at 14k miles

They have been balanced three times now and the fronts switched to the back. I had crossed that off the list of causes...
  3. Death Wobble at 14k miles

These are some great suggestions guys. I'm going to go through things again this weekend and see what I can come up with.
  4. Death Wobble at 14k miles

I spent a few hours under it a few days ago and tried the dry steering test. Nothing jumped out. I am admittedly a newby when it comes to Jeeps but still, there wasn't a smoking gun. I felt every joint that I could.

  7. Death Wobble at 14k miles

Hello everyone, After reading everything I could and watching many videos, I thought it was time to post my question here. I purchased a 2021 JTR 3.6 a few months ago. It had a dealer installed Mopar lift and almost new 37in BFG K02s. It has been a lot of fun but I have had intermittent issues...

  11. BFG Tire Size and Gearing

I am a new jeep owner and the general consensus seems to be that 35s are OK with 4.10 gears but that once you move to 37s that gearing is almost necessary. My experience so far has been that my driving experience has been OK but not amazing, especially with towing. I see 7th and 8th regularly...
  12. BFG Tire Size and Gearing

I know that the BFGs are known to run small but how does that affect gearing? When deciding to regear, are the tire measurements based on the nominal or actual dimensions of the tire? I have K02 37s and they measure just a hair over 35 on the truck at 37psi.
  13. Gearing for seasonal tire rotations and towing

Hello everyone! I recently picked up a 2021 JTR 3.6 and have loved it so far. It was in mint condition and was only used for commuting. Came with the Mopar lift and a 37in BFG K02s. I will be using it as a daily driver and mild to moderate wheeling on the weekends with the family and live at an...
