    Sounds like the pressed in nut in the frame broke loose. You’ll need the cut the bolt or bolt head, remove tire deflector, and fish out the nut. This happens on skid plate bolt for me and I had to weld up my own hidden nuts, fish them into the frame, and replace the bolts.
