Other than the original service I did not pay for their attempts to fix the TPMS. I did notice at Les Schwab they did not rotate the spare in their rotation, so it makes you wonder what else they didn't do.
So the rest of the story...
Les Schwab opened up the tires and there were aftermarket sensors. They replaced them with OEM and the system now works great.

Yes. Took it to Les Schwab. No TPMS sensors were found on the scanner. Tech said the valve stems did not feel like there were sensors in the tires. He ordered new sensors. They arrive this week. We shall see if there are any sensors in the tires when we replace them.
Not sure of the build date as I bought it as is about 4 months ago. There were no issues with it till the tire rotation. Taking it in for a second opinion is on the list.
