Can it keep fan heat high on when you use start system auto start? My auto starts but keeps fan low which sucks here in Alaska

I used speed control daily to commute to work at 114 mi RT. Study speed at 75 mi hr it does change 1-2 speed lower if I am going upward/dwnward. The tranny sounds the same to me. I have a 2023 diesel gladiator. But I do notice if I’m at 55 mi hr radar sign shows me at 54 mi hr.
