I talked to Crutchfield and to Trailseven. Both companies were excellent. I went with option 6 above, but did not get the tweeters for dashboard, since I already had installed the terraacoustics. It will be another week before I get them.

The sound bar has two speakers; I think 3 1/2 and 4 inch. Did you just upgrade the one speaker but not the other?

I did have my bluetooth set to on, so that the phone will automatically connect when I get in the car. I turned off the bluetooth. when I plug in my iphone and click on the phone icon, I get the message No Phone Conneced. Do you want to pair a phone? But still, the carplay icon does not come...

Thanks...I do see the phone app. I've included 3 pictures should the iphone connection, the phone screen and the main screen. You can see usb1 is connected. After I connect the phone and then press the phone icon, should this start carplay?
