Stock 2024 Sport JT manual, never reset MPG calculator since new, now 10,200 miles. Driving from Richmond VA to Pittsburgh my average was around 22PMG. On the way back with lots of long downhill runs it topped at 27.2! Now its hanging around 22mpg around town but it was good while it lasted!
Reminds me of the old joke: Jeep designers heard that Lexus engineers put a cat in the car passenger area and leave it there overnight. If is is dead the next morning due to lack of air then they know the cabin is properly sealed.
Jeep engineers tried that and the cat escaped.
Well, i feel very lucky, found mine last week exactly as i would have ordered it, Anvil - soft top and MT. . With a manual you drive, with an automatic you point....
got this last night - was looking for slightly used ones but current deals (9% below sticker) was too good to pass up. Sport S with 6-speed manual, soft top and the best color (IMHO). Keeping my 2014 JKU for no other reason than i like it too much!
I'll be picking this up tomorrow, got an extra $500 off AND two Jeep hats!
Going to look good next to my 2014 JKU also in Anvil
and i won't have to stack kayaks anymore!
