    When I had my CJ,s, I swapped in a Ford Hei Distributer cap, rotor, and 8mm wires. I got tap key starts and the smoothest idle I ever had in any of my CJ,s.

    So against my families dismay ( 104 heat index out), i finally got off by buttocks and installed the Cavfab diff covers. took 2.5 hrs total but most of that was the usual up and down finding the tools needed. Overall I'm pleased with them!

    loved my 79 CJ-5. had the 304 rebuilt and bored .60 over.. man that thing would smoke em.. Not to mention kick butt on Black Bear pass!
