finally found time to finish the Xtrusion Overland rack. I’ll probably be ordering access gate kit for the passenger side now that I have the drivers side figured out. Next steps are adding a tent and would love to hear recommendations and experiences.

Installed the rear arb bumper the to match the front. The license plate lights were a pain to switch over but I like the look!

Installed Baja Design Squadron R fog lights to the ARB bumpers. Also installed EVO sway bar end links, along with rear sway bar reinforcement. Eventually I’ll get around to installing synergy drag link and EVO track bar correction bracket. Ran out of time today.

Does powder coating match the mopar paint code? My goal is to keep it matching as much as possible. I may try ordering the mopar paint cans and test it out on a rear fender to see if I can diy it. I’m really handy but never done paint haha. Dont mind paying to make it exactly how I want it but...

Got a Black Friday delivery from Metalcloak! Raw overland fenders, now time to find a painter. My plan is to paint the tube sides textured black or line x it, and paint the body bright white to match the Jeep.

Installed Synergy tie rod, and Anti Rock sway bars. I couldn’t find my pickle fork to get the drag link out and ran out of time so I’ll be installing Synergy drag link next weekend.

Got ya. I just got update today that mine have shipped. I’ll have to figure out paint next. Either I try it myself or pay to get it done. I’m going to paint the tube sides and underneath textured black and paint match the fender side white.

Have your fenders been finished yet? Mine will be here in a few weeks and will be doing the same.
