What was the fix to this? I installed one on my Brothers Gladiator and it does the same thing - clunk when in firm setting and steering back and forth.

Yes, I have .5 all around except for the passenger front. That's a 1 inch to compensate for the Jeep lean. I also added Steer Smarts XD Pro Draglink and 2.5 Ton Steering XD Tie rod. I also added a Adams Driveshaft.

Bite the bullet and upgrade....easy choice

I would start small first. I had a similar issue. Obviously, you checked PSI and torques. I would road force balance the tires. Makes a huge difference. While there, have them check your ball joints.

These are some serious tires. If you don't mind the road noise they are actually great. I had them in Dunes, Snow, Highway, and Mud and they have performed flawless. I will def get another set.

I have the Clayton 3.5 Overland on mine, and it drives smoothly. I added the Rock Jock Spacer and now I have vibrations in the Driveline. I took it off and it rides smooth again. ????

I will say the springs have no Bow and are perfectly straight!
