My 2024 Ford Mustang GT (Performance Pac.) Has in settings the ability to completely shut off the beeps. So ovbiously it's Not a State Or Federal requirement... Just like the Start/Stop on my Mustang is factory non existing on my car because of a chip shortage on early production models...
