Thanks for the info. I’m thinking I will have to get my hands dirty and uninstall/reinstall myself. The mechanic at the dealership did have the instructions but I guess decided not to follow through. thanks again!

Re-Posting this thread because I had it in the wrong forum. I had the Westin Pro-E electric running boards installed on my 23 Gladiator from one of the dodge dealerships (Not my first choice, was a gift from my dad and he wanted to get it installed for me while I was home. Thoughtful) Anyways...
