Jeep needs to give a manual away for new jeep owners explaining all the odd sounds they make. This is the 2nd sound I never heard on any other vehicle. The other was the brake boss when pushing the brake while next to a wall or in the garage. thanks everyone for help identifying the non-issue.

Also to be sure we are talking about the same noise. The noise starts at 2 seconds and goes to about 7 seconds and then starts again and at 16 seconds. My inexperienced way of describing it alarmist sounds like an electric mosquito. You have to turn volume up to max to hear it.
