This was very helpful! Didn’t realize I had to be in the Audio screen to make the menu come up. I think I’ve got the lite version because all the options that it gives me is “lightshow,Read DTC, Clear DTC, and reboot”. Bummer

Yeah I’ve reached out to them through text and email and haven’t heard back yet. Thought I’d try here as well. According the the interwebs, the device is working and updated, just not communicating for some reason. Thanks!

New to the forum and this is my first thread/question! I bought My 21 Mojave and it had a Tazer mini already. Not sure if it was ever connected or married correctly but I’m trying to get it to work. I’ve updated the software and got that done with was a start. The Tazer flashes green and red...
