dashboard mounted dash cam

Does anyone have a suggestion for a dash cam that can be mounted on the dashboard itself, or on a multi-accessory rail? I live in Pennsylvania and state law does not allow for dash cams to be mounted on the windshield. Many US states have this same law. I am having a really hard time finding...
