no power in the Intrument Cluster(Dash) and Ignition is Stuck in OFF position, but the interior light turn on and the headlight

So my Uconnect radio, dashboard information thingy(not sure what you call it, has the miles and what not on it) the led usb lights and the transmission light (P, D N etc) lights up randomly (nothing else turns on, alarm doesn’t trigger)…Truck completely off, no key fob around…any ideas??? Winch...
