pedal monster

My 6MT has a throttle response delay especially in the city if I am on 2nd gear on get up and go and was wondering if pedal monster could fix it. Anyone tried it before? I don't want to tune, supercharge, V8 swap, buy another car etc. Appreciate any relevant inputs! :)

Removed from my truck for a service appointment and just going to leave it out. It really works, just want my OBDII port, and rather sell to buy more parts. I posted NC, since I’m 10min from Charlotte, but in SC. $200 plus shipping or else happy to have someone local grab it to avoid...
