sun visor

Has anyone else experience their sun visors rattling where the visor clips into the hook? When I go over washboards it makes this terrible plastic rattle. I can also recreate it by grabbing it and shaking. It's only happening on the Driver side. Went to the dealer and they replaced the hook...
