Howdy, I suddenly lost power/connection for all three USB ports going to my 8.4in radio. I disconnected the battery for long periods multiple times to the point I had to re-setup themes on the radio, I manually reset settings, waited multiple days for it to fix itself, and the ports are still...

i upgraded my 5" uconnect media unit (UAA) to a 7" uconnect media unit (UAG) and my usb ports stopped working, they won't charge my phone and android auto doesn't work. when i switch back to the UAA unit the ports begin working again, I can charge my phone and play media from the usb connection...
