I just traded my 2020 Black Overland in for a new 2021 Hydroblue Rubicon today. The difference in the trim level and the new model year really impressed me. The Rubicon is much more predictable and tame on the highway (no wandering) and has much less cabin noise due to the included Mopar headliner. My old Overland had the steering box replaced and still wandered; the wind/road noise that I experienced in the cabin made highway driving a headache. I have also noticed that the 21 model has a water drip channel built in so that water is directed away from the front cabin - this should have been standard from the get go!

Congrats on the new ride. I love my Rubi.
Thanks! When I pulled into my driveway my wife checked out the new Rubi and asked me why I hadnā€™t bought that the first time! šŸ˜‚

Can you take a pic of that?

Congrats! I honestly didn't know there was any difference between the '20 vs '21 and a drip channel.

I have no complaints with my '21 JTO at all (other than the leaky right rear axle all '21s seem to be getting) and the headliner really makes a difference.

Wonder if we can add that to the older Gladiators.
I donā€™t see why not? Seems that some solid body adhesive tape would secure it, as it looks like itā€™s just plastic.

I love my Rubicon. I was ok with basics but to satisfy the wife we went all out for her comfort. So glad we did. Just makes me love it even more.
