We just upgraded to a bigger travel trailer with a slide out. This trailer sleeps five comfortably. One queen bed in the front, dinette converts to a bed, and finally bunk beds in the rear. Lots of storage spaces- underneath queen bed, underneath dining benches, above dining table, overhead kitchen cabinets, and below the kitchen counter top. All LED interior lighting. Power awning with LED lights, power tongue jack with LED light, 4 stabilizer scissor jacks. AC and fridge/freezer / heater work. Spare tire. Large pass thru storage underneath queen bed.Comes with e2 Fastway $400 weight distribution hitch with built in sway control. We'll have full hook ups to test all systems to ensure all are functioning well- electrical, water, sewer. I have the pink slip. Southern CA. Los Angeles County.

We have a 2020 Jayco 174BH which is nearly identical to this one. Such a fantastic floor plan! We too are looking to upgrade to one with a slide out now that we have the max tow Gladiator. Can I ask which model you went with? And do you tow with your Gladiator?

It's funny...the things we wish we had in our current Jayco, this one has. We want a window at the sink...this one has it. We want a window in the top bunk...this one has it. We want the half-wall for the bunks...this one has it. We want storage access doors on both sides of the camper instead of just the passenger side...this one has it. There are a few things that ours has that this one does not, but I guess you end up with trade-offs no matter which brand you go with.

Bump for your thread. RV Camping is all the rage now. Have you had any bites on this yet?

The one I recently bought and using now is a Forest River Sonoma 220mbh. Yes, my tow vehicle is a G with max tow, stock.
Offerup and craigslist, and this site. The max offer received was up to $17k. Lowest was $14k! Local dealer wants to buy it for $16. They said they have to sell it for $19.5. I walked away.
I am not in a hurry to sell, although I'd rather see that cash back in my savings account.hahaha!
Have fun and good luck with your tt shopping!
