Never been off-road (unfortunately). It's a very clean build with quality mods. It has had the upgraded steel steering box TSB done as well. Drives incredibly well!

Only selling because I’ve ordered a 23 392XR Wrangler. Likely not getting it delivered till later in the year so not in a rush.

Also, this sale will be used through my dealer Mark CDJR as a courtesy trade toward the coming 392. This helps both myself for tax credit purposes and buyer for dealer protection plus options for financing, warranty, delivery, etc. they only charge $444 dealer processing plus your applicable TTL.. the process can be done virtual with them if desired.

Kind of. What they are offering me is the option to sell it myself and facilitate the sale through them. The sale price applies toward my trade value to help toward tax credit. The 392 won’t likely be here for months but they can still apply this toward the deal. Their cut of this is $1k. So a buyer wants to buy it for the 58, I’ll get 57 toward my deal, dealer gets 1k. It’s worth it to me because of the retarded tax laws here.

Simply like this:
Buyer says I’ll buy for 58k
I get 57k of credit toward my 392
Dealer gets 1k
I only pay taxes on difference of the 57k and the 85k purchase price of 392
The 1k the dealer gets comes from my side, not an extra charge to the buyer.
Buyer is only responsible for purchase price, $444 doc fee, and TTL


Also, some buyers won’t have the cash to just straight up buy, so doing this allows them to buy from a dealer. They get the benefits of having financing options, delivery options, warranty, gap, etc.

So if it sells early, no big deal, I still have other stuff to drive till the JL gets here. But I wanted to get it listed as soon as I could. Worse case it just gets traded in when 392 gets here.

Nice Gladiator! I have a 2021 Sport with about 10k miles. I’ve thought about trading up to a Rubicon. Do you know whether your arrangement with the dealer would allow me to do the trade through them - saving me a lot of tax? In Tennessee I only pay tax on the difference between trade-in value and sales price. If that is possible, perhaps you and I can work something out.

They are a large CDJR dealer in south Louisiana, they would certainly take your trade. It will be no different than if it was on their lot and you were wanting to trade in. You will get all the benefit of their financing, add ons, warranties, etc. If you are interested PM me why you are thinking and we can go from there.
