I've had the Gladiator for two weeks now, I just started noticing that the engine stumbles and mis-fires at idle. This happens all the time, but no check engine light. Anyone else have this problem?

These things all have a rougher idle than we would expect. If there's no CEL the pcm isn't detecting an actual misfire.
If your still concerned, take it to the dealer.

Jeeze, my wife chides me for forgetting to turn the Jeep off, it's so quiet! I have a Jeep buddy who shakes his head at me from the smoking deck at work, I sneak up on him at idle heading to my parking spot and surprise him.

If it's loud, something is WRONG. That's a drag!

As stated above ... I think your noticing the slight rough idle, which is normal. I notice it when first started in the AM until the motor warms up.

If it's LOUD absolutely something is wrong. But that's not what the OP is describing

Oh no this one stumbles like it’s going to stall out, kinda like my old 1989 Nissan Sentra with the air conditioning on.
