Aqua net is what we use on the Cummins bellows. Was also used in potato guns back in the day. I loved how they smelled like French fries after firing a round.
That's what we used on Foxbody boosted piping. Im not even sure it's still available.

Solid progress on the install. I thought the IC had “RIPP” painted across it. I seem to remember seeing it on some JK’s.

OK, time for another installment. Today, we are almost closing the door on everything mechanical. I ordered a silicone elbow, 3.5" X 3.5", that will allow me to complete the air intake pipe, so until that gets here, I will not be done with bolting things together.

But here's the good news:

First, lets get some lubricant into the supercharger.

That is a dipstick I am loosening. Right next to that is another plug, which I am supposed to use as a vent line connection. But, take a good look at the location of that thing! I'd have to release belt tension, then remove the alternator and the mount, then modify the mount, install the vent, then reassemble everything!
Nope, not doing all that!

What I decided to do instead was place the dipstick in the glove box, then attach the vent hose to that more accessible port. I opted for the remote vent. People who do not envision being partially submerged on occasion can screw in the supplied vent/nipple thing and be done with it.

I routed both the supercharger and transmission vents, which normally lie on the intake manifold, to a high point in the engine bay near the coolant tank. If it sucks water there, then I likely have bigger problems to deal with.

Next, I finalized the hose routing, adding two more clamps and several zip ties. I think I am now satisfied with everything.

Refilling the cooling system took every drop of two gallons. Considering that there was still coolant in the heater core and the engine block, that is a decent increase over stock as I had guessed.

I couldn't find any wood to knock on, but so far, no leaks.
Errr, shouldn't have said that
Too late, fate has been tempted...

Tomorrow I will reattach the battery, program the ECM with the HP Tuners MPVI4, and go for a test start.

For now, I have reached the final page of this lengthy installation process.

Oh no, this is not the end , all us losers and dreamers need a video of the supercharger winding up , then you are done ! Don excellent job modding through the process and I know the radiator was the reason for most of it but still feel good choice on larger radiator. This has been a great read !
Thank you, and, well
We are not entirely done.
We have the software thing, the start-up
But then
I have to install the new front bumper so the winch, which is still attached, will have a place to reside.
Following that, I have RSE sliders to toss on, then some MC stuff
Then
A long arm kit??? maybe...

Went out in the garage, plugged in the battery and hit the starter
It coughed, smoked, then blew up! Kind of sounded like some of the music people listen to these days!

Take a deep breath, sit down, and breathe normally, you're gonna be fine, I'm just kidding! ;-)

Have to go get a haircut, I'll get to Jeepin' later on...
