I ordered a '22 rubicon with the diesel motor and all the bells and whistles from Gupton 12/18. I picked it up a few weeks ago and have put 3k miles on it so far.
First real jeep, Ive had plenty of grand cherokee's, tons of trucks and sports cars. This is a pretty unique vehicle, so far I like it a lot. Ive lived at sea level in new orleans all my life, but just moved to colorado and am back and forth between westminster/denver area and evergreen. the mountains and lack of air definitely puts deferent strains on the vehicle for sure.

First mods were:
shorty antenna
some cool little red cup insert
uv linex bed liner
bak x4 bed cover

I went ahead and ordered:
aev 2.5"-3" w/ falcon shocks dual rt kit
banks pedal monster
falcon steering stabilizer
method 703 matte black wheels-17x8.5 0 offset
37" bfg k02 c rated tires
smitybilt xrc gen2 stubby front bumper textured black
warn vr evo 10-s winch
smitybilt xrc side armor steps textured black
bajadesign lp6 all white lights for the front bumper

I hope they will be able to get the stock skidplate and stock led foglights to work with the setup.

thinking abt getting:
trackbars
bajadesign squadron pro white led for apillars
small spacer to have less rake
hitch slider
hi lift jack and bed mount
phone mount
ceramic coating, xpel, or both
-hooks for front bumper
-license plate winch cover fn colorado

How funny! I ordered from gupton 12/17 also a BW JTRD with *most* of the bells and whistles lmao. Dan probably thought he was seeing double . I went a similar route to you with mods as well! just waiting on them to come in!

Nice rig. How's the pedal monster working for you? I installednone on my 21 JTRD and it was great for about 24 hours. Then it threw a CEL and a Service Electronic Stability Control system warning. It wouldn't shift past 3rd gear.

Got it back yesterday.. I have to say I’m impressed. It drives so much better than my ‘17 gmc with lift and 35s. I attribute this to doing the research on wheels and tires primarily. Plus the banks throttle commander thing really works well. Love it. Still getting great gas mileage with the diesel. The lp4s are coming in for the front bumper.
Ended up doing aev 2.5 w/ fox steering stabilizer, banks throttle commander, bcg k02 c 37s with method 703 wheels, smittybilt xrc gen 2 front bumper, rear bumper, and side steps, warn winch, Baja squadron lights for a pillar and rear bumper, Baja lp4S for front bumper. Linex and bak x4 cover.

Gotta love that w/ 37s. Diesel prices suck though

I don’t get anywhere close to that on average in my ‘22 JTRD with 33s. Either you do a lot of highway driving, or I’m doing too much city driving. One of the two, or I have a lead foot. Haha.

Debating on a small spacer for front end, or maybe lowering rear a little? Thoughts? When the ground is level there is a pretty good rake. I’ll measure

Add a 1/2” or 3/4” spacer up front. That’ll do the trick.

Nice looking JT!
