Looks like the 20th anniversary Rubicon is coming tomorrow. There is a photo showing the new grille with substantially higher airflow. It's too bad the jeep is that horribad yellow, makes the grille a bit ugh. Will definitely depend on color.

Here is an aev special edition with the grille in blue, looks much better imo

My buddy works down there. I sent him a pic and he said he didn’t see that one. He’s going to take another look later. Sent me a few pics. There’s a sweet Willys truck, like a ‘55. If he doesn’t mind me posting the pics I will, I don’t want to get him in trouble.

I don't hate it as much as some of the rumblings over on JLforum, but I certainly don't love it either. All i am willing to say is I'm happy I have a 20-23 design grille.

That being said: if my truck were black , I think i'd prefer the extra cooling of the new design

Agreed, I dont hate it. Like to see one in matte finish.

Don't get me wrong, I like it. Just hoping jeep would implement more changes for the 20th anniversary Rubicon. I'd like to see 4.88 gears with 35s

Official reveal is today at 11:45 am eastern, we should have more answers then on what it's coming with. I know AEV is making their own fully decked out version.

Meh... not a fan. I think it looks OK, but I prefer seeing the body color in the grille between the openings - like Jeeps have always had (with the exception of the all chrome or all black front end on some models).

I'm not going to get excited over a new grill unless it gives us more cooling capacity......................or looks like the new BMW gaping maw out front.

Definitely more cooling capacity, the whole grill is now open honeycomb except for the area under the headlights.
