21 mojave JT Arcus install issues

Has anyone installed one yet? I ordered Friday and during order I placed it for a JT and they sent one for a JL. It appears the brackets and bolts do not align properly. The videos I watched so far plus instructions appear to be one flush winch plate where as my current one has an adapter. I spoke with XT earlier and they assured me they were the same but this does not appear so. Did they just send the wrong one or am I going crazy?

Think I narrowed it down. I believe RR sent me a JK mounting plate with a JL cover as I had both instructions for JK and JL
