Starting a build thread because it seems like what all the cool kids are doing. So far only put on some Texas flag decals, stubby antenna & a few other things that I'll post/review once I get some better pictures.

Update #1:

Teraflex bed rails & Hi-Lift jack mount (high quality & easy install)
https://teraflex.com/jt-uinta-cargo-bed-rail-system-w-tie-down-anchors.html
https://teraflex.com/jt-uinta-hi-lift-jack-mount-bracket-kit.html

Truck bed extender...I bought this on Amazon but decided not to use the pivot feature. In the end I just cut the sides shorter and wedged it between the bed sides.

Also I hade Line-X spray in bed liner. Went with Line-X b/c they are the only ones that do color match in my area

Update # 2

Installed the new winch. Decided on the Warn VR EVO 12-S. it comes with a wired remote which can also be wireless. I've actually used it twice so far & I am impressed
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07SGG81RR/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Also put on the Mopar winch & grille guard. It looks nice, but i was disappointed by the quality of the welds
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NQJMG7W/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I needed some side steps, but also wanted rock rails. Ultimately I chose the rough country rock sliders. I would NOT RECOMMEND these to anyone. The build quality is poor (one wasn't even welded) also it bolts through the body mounts which I didn't like. ENDED UP WELDING OVER THEIR LOGO IN ANGER.

Update #3

Just some small inside stuff

Molle pouches for essentials (water bottle, sunscreen, bug repellant, etc.)
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B076HV6HX6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08MXPCFC5/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Mopar rubber floor mats. I like these b/c I can utilize the drain plug without removing the floor mat.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08CMV8WWN/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Door sill guards. Not sure if I like these or not

Update #4

I haven't posted any updates in a awhile because I moved to RGV for a new job. Before the move I did manage to install some differential skid plates. I reluctantly went with RC because I knew they were going to have SHITTY BUILD QUALITY & I was going to need to modify them anyway. They don't make a rear skid plate for the JT but they do have one for the JL. All that was necessary was to flip the sway bar and trim a little of the top portion of the skid plate. So far I haven't had any problems. As predicted the skid plates were not completely welded. I forgot to grab picture of the modifications & install process.

Update #5

I've been purchasing all the necessary components to install the OEM auxiliary switch panel & inverter outlet in the bed. Also I'm still in the progress of the OEM front trail camera which has proven to be more of an in depth process than I had anticipated. However, There's a couple of threads on here that have been invaluable. You will also want a size 14 torx socket to remove the seats for easier access to the rear panels. Other people have installed this in other locations which is discussed in the linked thread.

Mopar Auxiliary Switch Bank Kit (quadratech) 82215798AE $436.99
Tazer JL Mini $329.00

The install for the power outlet is essentially just install the parts. the connector for the switch is already in the existing harness & I swapped out the harness at the rear passenger wheel for the new one with the outlet connector.

The install for the auxiliary switches is a bit more in-depth but the kit I bought came with instructions so it was not difficult. I recommend a vehicle trim removal tool for this.

Activate both of these with the Tazer JL mini and you should be good to go.

I was unable to activate the front trail cam with the Tazer JL mini so I needed the Alpha OBD & OBD Link MX+ (cannot comment on this because I have not enabled the BCM yet)

I have attached some photos of some areas not covered in other threads.

Update #6

I finally had some time to update the BCM. I want to mention @Jimmy07 & @ecidiego for their extensive write-ups. If you are taking on this project yourself I highly recommend you reading the ENTIRE thread, comments & all.

It takes some patience to finish the BCM update but in the end it is well worth it.
