35 spline shafts for Gladiator?

Anyone got any scoop on aftermarket axles for the rear yet? A 35 spline upgrade in the works?

I don’t think we’re going to see any. First they have to make 35 spline cases and lockers. The factory Rubicon locker side gears/ case probably won’t except larger 35 spline shaft’s. If people are breaking axles they’ll go up to a 60

I'm pretty sure I read in the fine print, it says requires aftermarket shafts for this locker

It will, but that ARB fits the front and rear differentials and nobody has confirmed rear 35 spline axles to my knowledge. Right now I think it's just the RCV offering up front.

If I'm not mistaken, the gladiator is 32 spline? ARB makes 32 spline air locker for front and rear. I might look into that in the future

I imagine Moser or Mark Williams will make axles for you on a custom basis. The Detroit Locker for 9" Ford with 35 splines is the original, strong No-Spin design (not the soft locker like the 31 spline version). You could have a custom differential made with such race axles.

I want to do the 35 spline with chromoly rear shafts, and the 32 spline arb chromoly up front giving me some bullet proof axles for 35s or 37s in the future.
