Let me begin with I do not rock crawl. I live in SE Texas, use it as a daily driver and spend most of recreational time at work... I do however enjoy the occasional trip down a pipeline and cruising Crystal Beach. I am currently running 37x13.50r22 RBP Repulsor's and am thinking about going up to a 40" tire once these are done or maybe a little earlier. My Gladiator is a Sport S w/ Max Tow pkg. I believe I'll have enough room with the Skyjacker 3.5" lift to do this without any trouble. I already plan on chopping the fenders with the AAL chop kit. I'll also likely need to install a stubby front bumper. I've seen a couple of people running 40"+ on the Skyjacker 4.5" lift but haven't seen or heard of anyone doing it with the 3.5". Is there anything I'm missing that I'll need to do this? Anyone else doing it?

Looks great. Was there any trimming needed?
I chopped the rear fenders but I'm not 100% sure I needed to. There is about 5-6" of room all the way around the tire now, it probably would've been around 3-4" before I chopped it.

Looks good! Now just need a Magnuson supercharger! Wonder who may have one for sale?

(Yeah I know, it is a shameless plug but I got to try)

You're hemi swapping right? I will definitely be in the market at some point but I've got to research next and then let the account recover for a bit..

Did you re-gear prior to this? Or still running the 4.10's. I can't imagine you more than 8 mpg if you didn't...
Still 4.10's. Regear is definitely on deck. I've made a few quick trips and the wind is howling here but I've dropped from ~15 to ~14. I'll have a better idea after a little bit of driving...I'm sure it will continue to drop. It is very noticeable vs the 37's

Yes I am running 37's and I regeared to 4.88 then installed the supercharger. It does pretty good now.

Understand about funds rebuilding, these things can drain you in a hurry

Just for informational purposes, the supercharger will be available to pickup end of Feb. first of March in Austin, TX at my sons place.

Out of curiosity, what are you asking for it?
