8.4 Uconnect other menus

Here are 2 of the other menus.
Hold front defrost, up, and down temp.
Hold browse, up, and down temp.

Looking for the Engineering menu if any knows how to get to that.

Do you hit the at the same time or in order? I can not access these menus with mine.
