Actual height increase for Rusty's 4" lift (preferably diesel) on a Rubicon, and ride characteristics?

Does anyone have the actual measurements?
Sport and Overland results are welcome too.
I think what I really want is a 3" lift on my Rubi Diesel with 37s and don't know if I should do 4" springs or 2" with spacers.
