What are my options for adding a second amp to power dash and soundbar speakers?

I've already set up a mono amp behind the driver side passenger seat to power a Fox Box and 10" sub (used an lc2i and tapped sound bar speaker wires) and that's worked great for the past several months.

But I need to amplify aftermarket 3.5s in the dash and 6.5s in the soundbar (planning on going with something like a Kenwood Excelon X302-4 or RF R2300-X4 under the driver's seat) to avoid clipping at volume with the tops off. My questions include:
  • Should I set up a fuse block and run the two amps off that?
  • Should I tap into the speaker wires behind the radio for this amp? How else would I pick up the signal?
Sorry for the multiple questions. Followed a really good tutorial for setting up the mono amp and sub, and had no issues with that install. But I'm finding less info about a multiple-amp setup.

I installed an MB quart in my gladiator (love it) and in that kit, there was a Pak audio AP4-CH41 (R.2). This thing was really cool, no wire splicing unplug the main wire harness from the head unit and plug this device in between it and boom there you have RCA.

That seems to be the cleanest way to go. PAC also has a harness and LOC that you can buy separately, that I was looking at too. Idk what the difference is between the harness/LOC and amppro
