I've searched and searched, it seems the terms/wording I'm using to see if it is possible also coincide with "enabling" already installed Auto High Beam assemblies. Does anyone know what would be needed to add auto highs? I assume the mirror would need to change, but is the ACC system also needed?

Thanks!
If this is in the wrong section, I apologize!

You cannot add auto high beams. It may be possible to enable the feature, if the truck is properly equipped from the factory. There is a thread in the DIY section on how to do it. The truck needs to have the ACC/FCW package installed. The auto high beams need the camera that is installed in the radar box in order to function.

What Mr._Bill said
If you don't have ACC and the Forward Collision Warning, you can't do it.
It's not the mirror, it's the camera in that box in the top center of the windshield.
Without all of that, it won't work. And that means you need the windshield with the defogger wires and so on. Gets messy.

I'd say if you don't have ACC/FCW, it's not going to happen.
