Advice on manual

Hi everyone new here, I am thinking hard about getting a Gladiator and had my heart set on the manual. I am a little concerned with the towing capacity, I have a boat that when loaded with my stuff is around 3500. I probably only tow about 1000 miles a year, am I pushing my luck? Should I just shop for the auto with the max towing?

Thanks for any advice, never had a jeep but always wanted one.

Get the automatic, it has a much higher tow rating.
