Advice on Minimizing Getting Blown Around by Crosswinds

You need more positive caster. Not a lot, but some.
A stabilizer isn't going to matter at all. That's more about bump steer.
Your most economical option would be to replace the stock Lower Control arms with two of these.
You'll be amazed (but not blown away).

I installed the LCAs as my first JT mod. They help a lot with keeping it straight on the road.

I googled "blown in Jeep on highway" just for fun and the top hits were of this thread. There are, of course, plenty of other posts elsewhere about Jeeps and wind. I know Jeeps are prone to being pushed by crosswinds. I am not looking for perfection, just improvement. A stiffer stabilizer seems like it might help in gusty winds.

For those who gave respectful and helpful answers, thank you. For those who were assholes... well, being an asshole is punishment enough so I have nothing else to say.

Cause and effect - the stabilizer is meant to keep the tires from moving, not the truck. It isn't going to do anything for wind, just if you hit something that could cause bump-steer, it keeps the tires from moving on their own.

As far as I can tell, it's a combination of truly flat sides (my Sienna weighs about the same and is pretty damn flat on the sides, but not as square as either of my Jeeps), and the bit of suspension slop built into these things. Low weight relative to the profile probably doesn't help either. My Sienna doesn't care about cross winds, but my Jeeps (especially the Gladiator) can be pretty white knuckle on narrow two lanes in the desert with a lot of wind. Not like I'm going to lose control, but with oncoming traffic and random gusts, it's not fun sometimes.

If you want to get a stabilizer, then do it, but don’t expect it to solve the problem that you described. ;-). We all have a tendency to apply a desired solution, to a problem that the prescribed solution may not be a fit for. We call it solution-first design. It’s fun and exciting, but not a purist way of problem solving-> if you want that, start with a problem statement, then look for 3 solutions with a open mind, and then select the best choice.

Edit: You potentially could get a benefit by going with a bigger-rim/smaller-sidewall combo, but that’s not going to be a big win over the aerodynamics. Additionally a lot of new owners find that their tires are overinflated from the dealer, leading to excessive wandering on the highway - use the info on your b-pillar for OEM tire pressures.

Then you probably need to look at more things.
Mine was all over the place in 10 mph+ crosswinds before I got into the various and numerous ways to make it better.
Now a 30 mph wind is hardly noticeable.

True - it takes a good wind to bother me with mine. Over 25 or so, I'd say. Even then, it's just a matter of holding the wheel to compensate. Only passing semis on a windy day bother.
I'm the one that raced home at over 85 mph on I35 with the derecho bearing down on us while highway signs were being flattened, big tree pieces were flying all over, construction barricades blowing across the roads.............. it was stable as heck. Later learned the winds in that area hit 70+ and a bit north was hurricane force.
