Has anyone ever had to deal with AEV for warranty issues with their suspension components?

As documented by others on here, my end links, front and back, both sides, that came with their 2" spacer lift have disintegrated.

I sent an email to their warranty department as outlined on their website with all required info...twice. Aug. 1 and 12.

When I didn't get a reply, I filled out the online form they have on Aug. 26.

Still no reply.

However, you email their tech team and they get back to you in a matter of days, if not hours.

Has anyone else had this experience? I'm guessing the answer will be: just pick up the phone and call them.

Buy someone else's stuff and then post pics of it here with an explanation as to why you had to buy it .

Not excusing their lack of reply, but they are just going to send you four more crap end links to put back on if you ever get a hold of them. I like AEV stuff overall, but their end links have never been quality.

I would suggest getting the end links out of the MOPAR 2" lift kit. They are OEM quality.

Exact same problem, exact same scenario. I'd look at core 4x4 links. If I remember correctly the cheaper ones were about 100 dollars and greasable. Looked beefy.

I agree that I'll be changing to something else, but I want them to follow through with replacement regardless. You pay a prmium for their kit, and they tout their excellent, made in USA products, and how they are a leader in customer care blah blah blah.

I want them to own up to it and replace what they should based on prinicple alone.

I have JKS adjustable links up front. Very nice all steel greaseable with poly bushings. Super strong and trouble free. I have EVO links in the rear that are aluminum hex and have non greaseable hiem joints that squeak like a herd of mice if you dont oil them. I don't think JKS makes the rear ones or that's what I would have bought. Good luck with the warrenty claim. @AEV, these types of things definitely affect decisions of others when researching future purchases.

:CWL:I literally have the exact same issue. I have to stay on spraying my evo links with a silicon spray or its wicked annoying. The JKS fronts are great.

When I first set out on the quest to discover where the hell this obnoxious squeaking was coming from, I had to get my wife to jump up and down on the rear bumper while I was under the truck. Im sure it would have been quite entertaining to see from a distance. Now I keep a can of wd40 lithium spray grease in my offroad kit to shoot it on the trail if needed. Squeaks annoy the crap out of me!! Lol 😆

A premium for a $500 lift kit? Aside from no name knock off Chinese garbage or incomplete kits that don't include end links, bump stop spacers, shock extensions, or a way to calibrate the speedo for the larger tires I don't think you'll find a cheaper kit. Not excusing poor customer service but it's about as budget as you can find to actually lift a Jeep 2" and still have everything work including the speedometer.

Sorry, I meant it was a premium for a spacer kit, not a lift in general.

Alot of Guy like the Clayton adjustable sway bar end links also.

I don't think it's a premium for a spacer kit was my point. Sure you can buy incomplete kits for less. Then add a tazer or jscan to calibrate... and now you've spent more than the AEV kit. The rustys 2" spacer kit doesn't have bump stop extensions, sway bar end links, or a way to calibrate... and it's $319. The teraflex 2.5" kit has everything but calibration... and it's $400. If it's a non-rubicon I'd look for sway bar disconnects up front anyway. JKS are great but a little expensive. The metalcloak ones on my mojave have been great and they were only $100.
