So dealership isn't responsive, Jeeps "Cares" is worse. Is there anyone at Jeep that we can contact for help at all?

What's the latest on your issue?
Jeep Cares says it will be one week out. Dealership says 30 days and now, the towing company is wanting money because apparently, roadside assistance only calls the tow but doesn't actually pay for it. I have never had a worse experience with a vehicle or manufacture. And Jeep Cares doesn't respond and tells me all they do is "document" the events. Not sure who I can call for actual help.

For Model Years 2017-Present:
24 Hour Towing Assistance covers jump-starts or towing to the nearest FCA US LLC dealer and is applicable for the term of the manufacturer's warranty period of 5 years or 60,000 miles (gas) or 5 years or 100,000 miles (diesel), whichever comes first.

They have to pay. If they don't, Small Claims for the maximum.

@JeepCares maybe you should see to it this person doesn't have to listen to a towing company's demands and pay the bill.

Yeah, you want to get the tow guy situated one way or another before they put a mechanics lien against the vehicle.

I don't know the broader context here, but JeepCares isn't a concierge service or some sort of nationwide warranty servicer (as much as I wish it was). If you have a warranty or repair issue the point of contact is your dealer, and the solution to issues you're having is 1) bug the dealer more; 2) if necessary move to a different dealer; and 3) request and answer surveys honestly for cruddy dealers and hope that, eventually and based on aggregate survey data, bad dealers will be punished or culled. There is not any sort of empowered, centralized, national tertiary support level you can call and bug, that's just not the paradigm of the manufacturer-dealer franchise model. JeepCares is at best a social media outreach arm with enough power to make a call or send an email to check in with a local dealer on your behalf, but there's no teeth behind anything they say so dealers can largely ignore things if they want. By the way I don't like that any of this is the state of affairs, but it is what it is.

With the tow driver, how do they even have your contact info? Did Jeep arrange for the tow? It sounds like the tow company should be asking Jeep (the customer) for their funds.
