Last weekend we loaded up the JT with 5 days camping gear and supplies and drove 1500 miles round trip. We did mostly highway miles, but we did hit a trail 1 day.
While on highway - doing 10 miles over the speed limit - I heard a metal rubbing sound when we hit whoops in the pavement.
Looking today, I found my rear driveshaft was rubbing the cross member where the stock driveshaft has a joint.
So, I’m wondering if anyone who did a solid driveshaft swap has had a similar experience? How did you resolve the rub?
