Serious question - why is any idea, even one that is not:
new,
"earth shattering",
world changing,
something everyone needs or wants,
big,
extremely clever,
something no one else has thought of,
a hack?

Isn't it an idea? Likely only new to the person who is thinking about it?

Come up with a software trick that doesn't require tazer or some other hardware to get your license plate lights to turn off when in reverse, that might be a hack (I don't mean a relay like I've talked about, but a trick inside the vehicle settings)

The grammar police won't be far behind lol
You may laugh but my son got his first job as an English teacher, even though he had no experience as a teacher, because of his writing skills, use of proper grammar and English, and resisting LOL, ROFL, BFF and that sort of thing.
They were impressed with his emails - clear, easy to understand, no chance at misunderstanding.
They had hundreds of applications, literally, but he rose to the top because he impressed with writing.
His future employer? Koreans. Words matter.

I was told by a judge who reviewed a file I had put together on a case that if every attorney who came before him in court wrote like I did, his life would be much easier. He called me to his office to personally let me know that and we discussed ISC (Iowa Supreme Court) decisions and other fun "stuff" for almost an hour.

Words matter.

Just tips for anyone looking for a job, but looking around in this country, I doubt anyone is.

My earth shattering, extremely clever air-freshener hack that everyone needs and wants is that I keep a bottle of this in the rear cup-holder and use it every week or 3 as needed. It's amazing, I really need to make a tik-tok video about it. Trust me, it will change your world!

I just use Bath and Body works car scent things. SWMBO buys them in bulk. If the world ever ends we will have good smelling cars for decades after we run out of fuel.

For every teenager that ever tried to mask the smell of pot before their parents came home = Ozium. 55 years later and they're still around https://ozium.com/

I've had this a long time. Somewhere close to 50 years. Still sprays, too. Not much, but a little. I bought it when I accidentally left part of a butchered deer in the cab of my dad's truck for a week. Was handy for other uses, too.

Still used in our house. Perfect for traveling and using in the unsuspecting bathrooms that don't have fart fans. Keep one of the solid air fresheners under the seat of my truck at all times.

I hate air fresheners - they are just more chemicals in the air and with my allergies and lung damage from the past - and I hate fake smells anyway.
Totally agree.
Ozium = Air Sanitizer. No idea how that works in the real world but it works and I agree, "fake smells" drive me nuts.

A trusted brand for over 50 years, OZIUM® got its start as the first air care brand to combat airborne bacteria*. Unlike typical air fresheners that simply mask odors, OZIUM® Cleans the Air You Breathe®— everywhere from kitchens to bathrooms, garages to gyms, and funky cars.

That stuff has been around for years and works.I have the larger can in the bathroom and use it after I drop a bomb.
