Does anyone know if there is "a sensor" in the drivers seat or is this just a passenger seat issue? As said before, I don't care if the passenger is cooled.

I got the interior done on my wife’s JL with Katzkin leathers. It’s amazing quality and it was nice to have that new leather smell while it lasted lol

AWESOME! Can you post what options you got? like the stitching, piping, ect, ect?

I didn't get piping. I got Double Diamond stitching. Color was salsa red. Main color was black. Secondary was red.

that one's sick. I like that autumn tan/brown color too. I wonder if they offer those colors from the factory. My whole reason is to have the leather seats show up on the window sticker

My local installer called "Doug" at Katzkins. He said that there are "sensors" in both seats that would prevent installation of degreez. The one in the passenger side is for sure the airbag sensor. The one in the driver seat is related to the auto park sensor.

I don't know what that means, but I have read threads about overriding the auto park feature. My installer cannot over ride anything due to legal issues. That's not to say that an individual couldn't do it. If there was more info about the sensors online or I knew what I was doing, I'd probably tackle it myself.

im with you on this. If I could even get an installer just to put them on I’d override what is necessary to get the ventilated seats.
