Alternator and engine cooling

Simple question I have been unable to get an answer to. Does a stock rubicon come with the 240 amp alternator and engine cooling or is it an upgrade?

also, mine has the wiring harness and plug but no “tow package” on the window sticker?

It's showing on page 21 that 220 amp is standard and that 240 amp and engine cooling is included in the tow package which is extra.
Someone with a Ruby will come along and set you straight.

Trailer Tow Package is what you need at a minimum I believe..
