Another Oracle flush taillight failure . Surprise !!

So against my better judgement I purchased a set of oracle JT flush taillights .
I waited for a bit to see feedback from a larger sample size . Of course I read about all the issues from cracked housings to operational gremlins.
I already had a tazer and jscan , so I figured I'd throw caution to the wind and buy em .
Let's face it they really improve the look of the gladiator . I have had plenty of good experiences with oracle products , but these have been a real letdown . I'm loosing LEDs (burn out) randomly. They are less than 5 months old . Wtf. Has anyone here had any success with the warranty dept ?

I had 1 oracle fog light go out at 1k miles of use and wasn't excited to have to cover the shipping cost for the replacement. But at least I got a replacement. Still running the headlights but these are the last oracle products I will ever run. I've had better luck with Chinese made taillights. Sorry you had to go through this op.

PM them through this forum or contact them through email and they should get back to you quickly. I've had zero issues with getting them to resolve a few warranty issues regarding my taillights.

Maybe it's me. Did you contact Oracle about this problem before you came on here to complain about it? If there is a problem, I tend to give that company the opportunity to correct errors/failures.

If the problem isn't resolved fairly, blast away. If it is, it would be nice to hear of a positive resolution. As Jeep owners, we all tend to have a higher threshold of pain than most.

The last time I recommended on this forum that people not buy another new product from them, they had my posts removed. No profanity or politics. I just provided an honest opinion of the company’s quality control. Let’s see how long this one lasts before they whine and have it removed.

My Oracle lights are working great. Headlights and fogs over two years and doing great. The initial harness for the backup lights had a glitch. Oracle made the harness issue right by me. However, I do believe Oracle has been to quick getting products to market.

Everything I have purchased other than the tails has worked out great. So far oracle has been very responsive both on the boards and via the warranty claim dept. I'll update results as they progress . But at least something positive to report.
