Any first hand experience on this Door-off mirror?

Was thinking of snagging these, was wondering if anyone else has them and if they could give me a quick review on how they have been? Do they whistle, move, vibrate, does the mirror actually work well etc etc...

or if there are any other mirrors that I should take a look at. I already think $100 is expensive as is lol.

I used a motorcycle mirror on the driver side on my TJ for eight years.
Fits in the door hinge. Old School.

Just get something like this. I think I paid $8 for each when I got mine. They screw into the cowl bolt and don't vibrate at highway speeds.

Got a set of these for the TJ and they work great.

Very low vibration, nice big size, adjustable tension on the ball joint, and easy mounting on the door hinge. If you are worried about the paint it's easy to add a couple rubber, nylon, or plastic washers.

I saw the ones posted by OP, but didn't want anything clamped to my paint.

I had NO idea these would work until someone here pointed it out. I love the idea and it works great.
