Any non-LE orders with VIN Assigned?

I finally got my order placed today with Travis. I ended up going with Firecracker since my first 3 choices of colors were late availability. I do like the red color anyway ...
So I got my VON and now am wondering if any non-LE orders have had a VIN assigned or not. On the other VIN post everyone seems to be LE.
Do we know yet if LE orders are truly coming later or if that was just a rumor?

So it looks like several non-Granite LEs are scheduled to ship mid May (only a few weeks away). I doubt non-LE orders will get in line before those that are already scheduled.

What will be interesting to see is if non-LE orders get in line in front of Granite LEs. My guess is non-LE orders will leapfrog Granite LEs. We will see...

I think you're right actually. I really wanted to order granite too but ... I just need the truck as soon as possible.
I just found that google spreadsheet and it looks like I'm one of the first to enter his non-LE info. But the numbers are jumping quick. I don't think they're necessarily sequential but ...

Because the Jeep chat won’t give updates on gladiators it’s difficult to know status or if you have a vin other than bugging Travis which I’m sure he is swamped still.

I placed my order for a white Rubi on Monday. Have VON but no VIN yet. Will be curious when I do get a VIN how it will move into the order process as compared to the LE’s. There has been so many rumors about what will go in what wave as well as whether they are running certain colors in order.

April 27th. So it took only a week maybe sooner because they didnt update me until I bugged them today. The build sheet has an error in the color it was supposed to be Granite but it's currently listed as black. I'l be bugging them again Monday to be sure it gets corrected. I'm not paying them MSRP for not quite exactly what I want if I cant use the FCA relatives key on delivery.

Your the first I heard of getting a VIN when placed on "opening day" gives me hope though that VINS for orders this past week are soon on the way

It was a pre-assigned dealer unit we further modified to my preferred choices.... basically everything BUT front camera, proximity key, or removable speaker. So it was not an opening day order. Also in Canada customer orders are not open yet for another week IIRC.

Unfortunately Granite Crystal can not be ordered at this time. So no way for dealer to update that order with that color. I would guess that black truck will be on the lot prior to ordering opening up for granite crystal.

For Canadians as per the Jeep Canada spec sheets... we can currently get Black, Billet, Granite, white, Red.... later offerings will be Sting and Blue. Dealer pre-ordered trucks are arriving in Granite. The overland they had coming in next week is Granite. Not sure if there was an update to say otherwise but if they have them arriving in that colour then I'd say it is available now for us.

I know we cant order the "Punk'n", gator, or Gobi at all.

I know the ordering guide for the US also didn’t list Granite Crystal as late availability, however it wasn’t an available choice when the order banks opened. I hope you are right. I would love to see some Granite Crystal trucks. I think they will look amazing.

It sure does! And hides the dirt better than black between baths

** Also will note was the colour of my 91 Comanche so I am very partial to it. I just hope these trucks don't go the way of the Comanche and disappear after ~6yrs.
