Flip the lid over for the fuse box. You will see the cutout for the wire hookups on engine side.
There is a tab on either end of that cutout that can be trimmed out to allow wires to pass.

If you dont want to pull the fuse block you can take the wheel liner out.

One thing to keep in mind. For the 3.6, the fuse box sits on top of the auxiliary battery. I believe you have to pull the fuse box to get to the battery. Whatever you’re adding, you might want to include a quick disconnect to make it easier.

I used an Add-A-Circuit fuse tap, so just have to pull the tap out of the fuse slot and lay aside.

Running a wire for the DRL on my Oculus BiLED. Going to use an add a fuse on the top side. Trying to get from where the wire loom comes into the box and to the top of the fuse block. Currently have it tied into the AUX switch power but the halo runs anytime the Jeep is cranked.

Think you might be overthinking this a tad. Just run the wire around the front of the fusebox and lay it over the right side, connect the add-a-fuse, then close it. The wire doesn't cause an obstruction there.
