Any1 find a way to lock bottom part of rear seat?

Got a subwoofer under the passenger side of the seat. Have 1 bolt going through box that use to hold plastic tray wall but that wont be enough to stop someone from stealing. Is there a way to stop from seat opening? Looked at it from driver side with back part down and thinking about drilling a 3/8 hole and putting a bolt and nut through it so it cant come up. Before I do that does any1 have any ideas or things they've seen?
